Privacy Policy
Last updated October 31, 2026. This explains what we collect on cleanoutky.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or schedule a time, you give us your name, email, phone number, service address, a description of the job, optional photos, and the dates or times you prefer. If you reply to an estimate, we record your approval or decline and the time you pick.
How we use it
- To review your request, prepare and send your estimate, and contact you about it.
- To schedule, confirm and complete the job.
- To keep records of estimates and appointments.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it
We use service providers to run the site: web hosting, a database and private file storage for requests and photos, email delivery, phone, text-message and voice-assistant services that place and carry our calls and texts, and an AI service that helps write replies. They process data only to provide those services. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Calls and text messages
If you tick the box on our estimate form, or you call or text us, you agree that Clean Out KY may call and text you at the number you gave about your request, your estimate and scheduling. Some of these calls and texts come from an automated virtual assistant, and it tells you so. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of getting an estimate or any service. Without it, we will reply by email.
We do not sell or share your phone number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Calls with the virtual assistant may be recorded and transcribed so we can book your estimate and check quality; the assistant tells you this at the start of the call.
Photos
Photos you upload are stored privately and are visible only to us. Please do not include photos of people or documents with personal details.
Payments
This website does not take payments and does not collect card numbers.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our admin area uses a sign-in session for the business owner only.
Keeping your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your job and our business records. You can ask us to correct or delete it by contacting us, unless we must keep it by law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
